Treatment of the depression
In treatment of depression I combine cognitive-behavioral and existential approaches, as well as elements of classical psychoanalysis.
Cognitive-behavioral approach allows relatively quickly restore a more favorable cognition and reduce the number of negative thoughts.
Elements of Psychoanalysis and a variety of imaging techniques are able to pull the repressed thoughts and emotions from the subconscious. This gives tremendous discharge to the psyche and promotes physical healing of the body.
Finally, the existential approach aims to understand what are one’s authentic needs and desires. What do you truly want in order to be happy and content? And how to achieve it?
